I går kom det tre stk av den nye SKYR varianten i hus. Jeg falt pladask for smaken av vanilje, og slik ble dagens mellommåltid til..
Næringsinnhold pr. 100 g SKYR vanilje (verdiene i parentes er pr. beger):
– Energi: 82 kcal (143 kcal)
– Karbohydrat: 9 g. av dette er 5 g. tilsatt sukker! (16 g.)
– Protein: 11 g. (19 g.)
– Fett: 0,2 g. (0,35 g.)
Et beger med SKYR vanilje, 20 g. valnøtter og en klase med druer (ca. 15 stk).
Dette gir følgende næringsverdier:
– Energi: 341 kcal
– Karbohydrat: 32,1 g. (8,8 g. tilsatt sukker!)
– Protein: 22,7 g.
– Fett: 13,5 g.
Vurdering: Dette ble et forholdsvis stort/ næringsrikt mellommåltid. Masse proteiner fra yoghurten og sunt fett fra valnøttene. Druene bidrar med bare karbohydrater.
Jeg regner sjelden ut næringsinnholdet før jeg spiser noe, det skjer som oftest etterpå. (Med bruk av SomeBody, se her) Med dette får jeg ofte noen «AHA opplevelser», og får mye nyttig læring ut av det. Derfor kan det skje – som i dag at noen måltider rett og slett blir «for store» med tanke på næringsinnhold (energi).
