Denne treningsuken har vært moderat – hard belastning. Litt skuffende ettersom jeg ønskte meg en hard uke før kulden og julen setter inn (er meldt 20 minus til uken!). Grunnen/ forklaringen/ unnskyldningen til dette er en overraskende stiv lysk/innside lår torsdag, noe som førte til at jeg droppet en løpeøkt tidlig på dagen. Er ikke fornøyd med så lite styrketrening – må skjerpe meg på dette området da jeg trenger det sårt!!
Mandag: Hard langtur på ski (klassisk) 1 t. 45 min.
Tirsdag: Økt 1: Intervaller 6 x 3 min. 1 min pause. Totalt: 45 min. Økt 2: Sirkeltrening. 20 min oppvarming, 40 min styrke.
Onsdag: Rolig langtur, rask gange/ lett jogging. 1 t. 45 min.
Torsdag: Klatretrening 1 t. 30 min.
Fredag: Intervaller på ski (klassisk) 3 x ca. 6 min. Totalt: 1 t.
Lørdag: Langtur – topptur. Totalt: 2 t. 45 min.
Søndag: Noen styrkeøvelser for overkropp. 20 min.
Total treningstid: ca. 10 t. 30 min (litt mindre enn forventet.)
Totalt energiforbrent: ca. 4500 kcal.
Economies are in dire straits, but I can count on this!
