Sist helg lagde jeg en mektig og veldig god sjokoladekake. Den ble servert med pisket krem med litt vaniljesmak og friske jordbær. Oppskriften en hentet fra den inspirerende og kunnskapsrike Line.
Oppskrift
- 125 g. kokosfett
- 3 egg
- 125 g. kokesjokolade, så mørk som mulig.
- 2 ss. kaffe
- 75 g. mandler (jeg hadde ikke nok mandler, så blandet i litt hasselnøtter også)
- 50 g. valnøtter
Smelt sjokoladen og kokosfett i vannbad. Bland de så sammen under omrøring. Det går å smelte kokosfettet direkte i panne, men resultatet utsendemessig kan bli dårligere om kokosfettet blir for varmt. Vent derfor til kokosfettet ligger på 30 – 40 grader før du blander det med den smeltede sjokoladen (skal heller ikke over 40 grader). Pisk eggene grundig og tilsett kaffe. Tilsett sjokolade/kokosfett gradvis i eggene under god omrøring. Bland i hakkede nøtter og rør inn. Hell røren over i aluminiumsfoliebelagt brødform og sett kjølig.
Vil du ha kaken litt søtere kan man ha i litt sukrin eller stevia.

Min kommentar: Veldig bra ingredienser og lett å lage. Det er gjort på få minutter å røre sammen, og det tar ikke lange tiden den må stø til avkjøling heller – tror min stod i ca. 1 time. Kaken var veldig god, og mektig. Neste gang jeg lager den skal jeg prøve uten nøttene..

Jeg tenkte å prøve helt uten nøtter neste gang jeg lager den.. Evt. med noen sjokoladebiter i, eller inkabær som er litt sure – surt og søtt 🙂
