Kjært barn har mange navn. Her i huset er det betasuppe på dag 1, og lapskaus på dag 2.
I dag lagde jeg alt fra bunnen av, ingen buljong eller andre kunstige tilsetninger – og den smakte veldig godt 🙂
Ingredienser
- Svinebog
- Grillpølser
- Nakkekoteletter
- Gulrøtter
- Potet
- Kålrot
- Løk
- Purre
- Kålhode
Fremgangsmåte
Bruk en stor panne til svinebogen og beina av kotelettene. Fyll på med vann og la det koke opp. Slå ned varmen så det kan trekke en god stund. Min stod uten varme i ca to timer. Sil av vannet og skjær beinene fri for kjøtt – kjøttet kan brukes i suppen. Dersom det blir mer kraft til overs er dette fint å fryse i en tett boks.
Brun kjøttet fra kotelettene med krydder du liker (Jeg brukte salt, pepper, timian, persille og paprika)
Kutt alle grønnsakene i passe store terninger.
Bruk kraften fra knokene og hell det over grønnsakene. Kok opp og la de bli møre. Tilsett pølser, kjøttet og purren mot slutten av koketiden.
Det så kjempegodt ut! Nå som vi nærmer oss de kjølige høstmånedene, så skal det bli godt med varme supper til middag. Oppskriften herved notert ^^

Godt, billig og ekstremt næringsrikt. Kan det bli bedre? Suppe/lapskaus er sterkt undervurdert 🙂 Spesielt nå man koker kraft på beina og bruker det i stede for buljong eller lignende.
Har faktisk tatt vare på kassalappen til denne store porsjonen med betasuppe – og det kostet ikke mange kronene per porsjon. Kommer med et egen innlegg om dette 🙂 SUPER mat:)
