I det siste har jeg hørt mye snakk om «rawfood» og «superfood».
Superfood er matvarer som har et uvanlig høyt innhold av vitaminer, mineraler, antioksidanter og/eller andre næringsstoffer. Noen eksempel på superfood er blåbær, gojibær, granateple og rå ubehandlet sjokolade. Du kan se litt mer om superfood her (innslag fra God Morgen Norge)
Raw food handler mer om å bruke ubehandlede vegetariske matvarer som ikke har blitt varmebehandler over 41 grader. Dette fordi de mener at matvarer som er laget over denne temperaturen mister mange næringsstoffer. Her finner du mer informasjon om «raw food» eller råkost på norsk!
Jeg har ingen ide om å følge noen av disse diettene slavisk, men det er spennende å lære og prøve ut litt. I dag testet jeg ut Pure planets «Purely greens» pulver som består av:
– Byggress
– Havregress
– Kamutgress
– Alfalfagress
– Spirulina
Pulveret var av en intens grønn farge og luktet gress.
Jeg blandet ut 1 ts. med et glass eplejuice.
Smaken var helt ok, men ikke noe å juble over. Jeg kommer nok ikke til å drikke dette daglig. Kanskje er det bedre å blande det ut i en smoothie? Dette skal jeg prøve ut en annen gang.
Såg ikke så veldig godt ut akkurat 🙂
