Etter en full uke på jobb er jeg utkjørt. Tunge løft og et hardt gulv har gjort at jeg dropper treningen i dag. Jeg ruslet heller en tur for å puste inn den friske sommerluften og samle nye krefter. I kveld er det litt spill, et stort fruktfat og kvalitetstid med min kjære, min bror og venner som står for tur:)
I helgen skal jeg samle nye krefter for en ny arbeidsuke. Dette betyr ikke for meg å ligge stille på soffaen og dovne bort, men å gjøre andre ting enn hva man får tid til i hverdagene. Kommer tilbake til hva dette innebærer gjennom helgen.
Ønsker alle en riktig god helg 🙂
