Jippi!! I dag trente jeg litt igjen. Jeg tok noen styrkeøvelser på stuegulvet. Da veldig rolig og med lite belastning, men et sted må man begynne. Det sitter fortsatt litt smerter i ribben/rygg, så jeg holder meg hele tiden under smertegrensen. Som dere sikkert har sett tidligere på bloggen min trener jeg mye av styrketreningen min hjemme. Dette gjør jeg fordi jeg synest det er lettvindt istedet for å dra til et treningssenter – og også fordi jeg ikke er medlem av et treningssenter pr. i dag.
Det er mye man kan gjøre hjemme for en sterk kropp!
Vil også tipse dere om en blogg!! Her kan man finne tips til trening hjemme, trening for gravide og spørsmål fra lesere. Denne dama inspirerer til trening og hun har en god fagkompetanse på området. Bli inspirert du også! 🙂
