Jeg elsker tapas! Man finner alltid på noe nytt og spennende å lage og det kan med enkle grep gjøres litt sunnere enn orginalen! I går ble det blant annet noen deilige tortillaruller, eller spinatruller som jeg kaller de. Her er oppskriften 🙂
Ingredienser: Fullkorntortilla, Serrano skinke (eller annen spekeskinke, ca. 300 g.), spinat, salatkrydder, philadelphia light, tomater, basilikum, salt, olje og litt hvitløk.
Fremgangsmåte:
– Tomatsalsa: Kutt opp tomatene i båter og rensk ut frø og kjerne. Kutt de i små biter og ha de i en skål. Finhakk hvitløk og ha i sammen med olivenolje, basilikum og salt. Her må man smake seg til! Bland godt sammen. (Jeg brukte 4 tomater til 6 tortillas)
– Spinatruller: Legg tortilla på en skjærefjøl. Smør utover et godt lag med philadelphia og strø på salatkrydder. Vask spinaten og legg den på smørosten. Ha på rikelig med serrano skinke og tomatsalsa. Rull de sammen og skjær de i biter. Tre de på en lang pinne eller på mange små.
Variasjon: Her er det bare opp til fantasi og smaksløker å bestemme. Vårløk, avokado, philadelphia med smak osv.. Her kan du se en annen variant av tortillaruller.
Jeg hadde tenkt å bruke vårløk også, som på bilde, men dette ble glemt.. Kanskje neste gang?!
