- Jeg blir svært rastløs og ukonsentrert
- Jeg føler meg slapp og lat
- Jeg dagdrømmer om en joggetur (EN JOGGETUR!!!)
- Jeg har mindre energi og overskudd
- Jeg innser hvor mye tid jeg bruker på trening hver dag og hver uke
- Jeg savner det sosiale med å spille fotball
- Jeg gleder meg til å komme igang igjen, men gruer meg til å kjenne hvor hardt det er
- Jeg angrer på at jeg spilte den fotballkampen som førte til skaden (skulle valgt det skirennet i stedet ja!!!)
- Jeg har mindre inspirasjon til bloggen
- Jeg er misunnelig på alle som er friske
- Jeg får mer medfølelse for de som er mye mer syke enn meg.. (jeg har igrunnen ikke så mye å klage over..)
Jeg gleder meg til å nyte enda mer av våren og sommeren når jeg er skadefri!!! Drømmer meg bort litt..
Jeg har forresten deltatt i stafetten på treningsmagasinet.no Her har jeg svart på spørsmål ang. treningen min.. Videre har jeg utfordret Cecilie som driver bloggen FristendeLavkarbo – mye god inspirasjon på bloggen hennes. Les hele artikkelen om meg her.
Vet hvordan det føles å ikke få trent når en er vant med det… Får du ikke gjort *noe*, hva med mage/rygg øvelser?
Og så kan du jo trøste deg med at du opprettholder nok litt styrke i armene ved bruk av krykkene?:-) God bedring!
Takk for det Marie:-) Jeg har trent noen økter med mage/rygg øvelser og noe amer og bryst, men det blir lite i forhold til hva jeg er vandt med og ønsker. I dag skal jeg prøve meg på sykling, så det går fremmover for hver dag!! 🙂 Snart er jeg i farta igjen – så jeg skal nok ikke klage så lenge!
