Inspirert av denne bloggen, lagde jeg fylt potet (bakt potet med fyll) til laks på bursdagen min – det ble veldig godt 🙂
Oppskrift
- 4 store poteter
- 2 ss. Olje
- 50 g. smør
- Salt og pepper
- 2 hvitløksfedd
- 1 1/4 dl crème fraiche/ rømme
- 2 eggeplommer
- Litt parmasan eller ost
Fremgangsmåte
Skrubb potetene godt. Prikk hull i dem med en gaffel. Pensle dem godt med olje. Bak potetene i ovnen på 200 grader i ca 1 time – til de er møre.
Avkjøl potetene og skjær av et lokk på dem. Bruk en teskje til å skrape innmaten forsiktig ur. (La det være igjen et litt tykt skall, slik at poteten ikke faller sammen)
Mos potetinnmaten i en bolle med en gaffel, og rør inn nesten alt smøret, men la litt være igjen. Ha i salt og pepper og hvitløk. Bland crème fraiche og eggeplommer, og bland dette med potetinnmaten. Fordel mosen i de uthulte potetene.
Sett de i en ildfast form og ha over litt smør i hver og ost på toppen. Gratiner de på øverste tille i 5 – 10 minutter til de blir gyldne.

Jeg doblet oppskriften og det ble alt for mye crème fraiche røre – mulig jeg brukte mindre poteter enn hva oppskriften er beregnet til. Ellers var dette en NYDELIG oppskrift, kommer til å bli brukt flere ganger 🙂
