Med hasselnøtt og blåbær smak
Oppskrift:
- 60 g. Frosne blåbær
- 50 g. Banan (ca 1/2)
- 40 g. Avokado
- 30 g. Hasselnøtter
- 3 store ss. Skyr naturell (90 g.)
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 dl. Melk (jeg bruker lett melk)
Gir en perfekt smoothie med en fyldig konsistens og nydelig smak av blåbær og hasselnøtter. Metter godt og har et svært godt næringsinnhold (se under bildet).
Næringsinnhold i hele smoothien:
– Energi: 507 kcal.
– Karbohydrater: 24 g. (20 %)
– Protein: 25 g. (20 %)
– Fett: 34 g. (60 %)
Fettsyre sammensetning: Enumettet fettsyrer: 22,9 g. Flerumettet fettsyrer: 3,9 g. Mettet fettsyrer: 5,5 g. (regnet ut ved hjelp av Mat på Data)
– Kostfiber: 8,3 g.
Vurdering:
Dette er en næringsbombe!! Inneholder forholdsvis mye energi, men til gjengjeld er det bare sunne ingredienser. For meg som etterstreber akkurat denne næringsfordelingen er dette en ypperlig lunsj, spesiellt etter trening da jeg ofte mangler litt matlyst. Jeg er superfornøyd med smaken, men man må like hasselnøtter og blåbær for å like denne da det er veldig fremtredende smak.

Et annet spørsmål. Jeg vet du er SUPER flink til å lage «godteri» fra bunden av og det hender jeg også gjør det men det hender også alt for ofte at jeg ikke gidder/setter av tid. Men hva i butikken «kan» man spise i helgene? Hva er de sunneste alternativene hvis man skal ty til godteri fra matbutikk hyllene? Er nok mange som lurer på dette

Noen tips til litt sunnere helgekos: Frukt med smeltet sjokolade (helst mørk), marsipan eller evt. marsipankjeks (se link), nøtter er alltid bedre enn chips, og de ubehandlede er selvsagt sunnest, mørk sjokolade fremfor lys, aprikoser er søt og godt, dypper du de i litt mørk sjokolade har du masse å kose deg med. Se dette innlegget for flere tips. Så skal jeg legge ut et som jeg har hatt liggende en stund – hva jeg tyr til når søtsuget er på det værste. Håper du fikk noen ideèr 🙂

Lurer litt på å prøve ut denne smoothien! Men synes den inneholdt litt for mange kcal. Hvordan blir konsistensen om jeg dropper avokado? Evnt hva kan jeg erstatte den med?

Konsistensen blir nok ikke like «myk/kremete» ved å kutte ut avokadoen, men den smaker nok godt uten også. Du kan evt. bare kutte ned på «litt av alt» dersom du synest det var for mye energi. Denne smoothien gav meg nok energi i 4 t. 45 min- til da middagen var klar, så den «holder» veldig lenge.. Prøv deg frem med hva du liker! Lykke til 🙂

Hei, den smoothien så veldig god ut!! Jeg bor ikke i Norge for tiden, så har litt vanskelig for å få tak i skyr. Kan man bruke noe annet i stedet? 🙂
Hei. Smoothien er god, men jeg vill anbefale noen endringer på oppskriften. Fløte i stedet for melk, og fet yoghurt i stedet for skyr eller ingen yoghurt. Anbefaler også bringebærsmoothie, da denne er enda bedre sammensatt av sunne ingredienser.
