Selv om julen er over, og folk strammer inn både her og der, skal jeg fortsette å kose meg i helgene. Med hjemmelaget godis såklart!! Litt blandede tilbakemeldinger på det jeg har servert til venner og kjente, men jeg liker det – så da får de andre bare ha det så godt! Hehe 😉
I går ble det bakt litt til helgen og her er oppskrifter og bilder..
Brownie-kuler
Oppskriften er hentet fra Anette sin blogg.
- 0,5 dl paranøtter
- 2 dl mandler
- 12 små eller 6 store dadler
- 1 ts. vaniljepulver
- 2 ss. yaconsirup
- 1 ss. yaconpulver
- 3 ss kokosolje
- 4 store ss kakao
Slik gjorde jeg det:
Jeg har brukt magic bullet (Kan kjøper på europris!). Først malte jeg nøttene for seg, deretter dadler og kokosolje sammen (dadler alene blir litt «hardt» for maskinen). Deretter blandet jeg alt i en bakebolle. Trillet til kuler og satte de kjølig. Noen ruller jeg i kakao til pynt. Dette gir en enda mer intens kakaosmak, så det er ikke nødvendig om man ikke ønsker.
Jeg lagde også litt sjokolade og noen med fyll! Igjen er oppskriften hentet fra Anette sin blogg.
Sjokolade
- 100 g. Kakaofett
- 1 ss. Kokosolje
- 1 ss. Yaconsirup
- 1 ss. Yaconpulver
- 6 ss. Kakao
- 1 ss. Carobpulver
- 1 ts. Vaniljepulver
Kokosfyll
- 4 ss. smelta Kokosolje
- 5 ss. Kokos
- 5 sråper Stevia Vanilla creme.
- 1 ss. Sukrinmelis
Tips: Kvern (kaffekvern eller lignende) 3 ss kokos og 1 ss sukrin sammen. Trenger da litt mindre kokosolje.
Karamellfyll
- 3 ss. Yaconsirup
- 1 ss. Kokosolje
- 5 sråper Stevia English toffe.
Slik gjorde jeg det:
Først satte jeg formene (fra Ikea) i frysen en stund for at de skal være godt avkjølte. Deretter laget jeg sjokoladen og fyllene. Tok så litt sjokolade i hver form og sørget for at det kom sjokolade godt opp etter kantene. Satt de i frysen til avkjøling. Etter en stund fylte jeg på med ønsket fyll. Lagde også noen uten fyll, bare små «sjokoladepletter». Når fyllet var stivnet helte jeg over sjokolade. Avkjøles i kjøleskapet.
