Denne oppskriften er videreutviklet fra vaffel oppskriften min, som jeg har skrytt av tidligere. Denne vil jeg kalle omelett – fordi det absolutt ikke er vafler, selv om den er laget i vaffelhjernet.
Oppskrift:
- 6 egg
- 2 ss. rømme
- 0,5 dl fløte
- 50 g. smeltet smør
- litt finhakket løk
- ca. 90 g. revet hvitost
- litt grovkvernet salt (ikke nødvendig om du har salt pålegg eller bacon på)
Bland alle ingrediensene og stek de i vaffelhjernet. Serveres med kjøttpålegg, bacon, philadelphia, ost eller nytes som de er 🙂 Oppskriften gir ca 10 plater med omelett hjerter.
Her ble det drysset på bacon i små terninger før steiking – dette blir veldig godt!
Frokost, lunsj eller i matpakken – veldig gode!!
Næringsinnhold (hele oppskriften):
- Energi: 1514 kcal.
- Karbohydrat: 6 g. (2 %)
- Protein: 68 g. (18 %)
- Fett: 135 g. (80 %)
Vurdering: Ja, det er lavkarbo, og den inneholder bare gode ingredienser. Godt å endelig kunne kutte ut JBKM i vaffeloppskriften, da dette stammer fra frø og ikke er optimal i et hverdagskosthold. Jeg må atter en gang understreke at jeg ikke lever etter noe lavkarbo prinsipper selv om noen av oppskriftene og matvarene jeg bruker er helt etter lavkarbo- prinsippene. Potet, grønnsaker, bær og frukt (blant annet) er fortsatt en stor del av mitt kosthold!!

Denne så jo kjempemorsom ut, og så er det noe med det at mat med ny spennede fasong er plutselig mye mer tilfredstillende om en er ekstra lysten på noe godt. 😉
Liten kommentar til din siste setning : Grønsaker er det mye av i lavkarbokosthold, også bær kan en fint spise, eneste virkelig bannlyste er poteten her, frukt av og til
