Jeg må revurdere treningsrutinene mine.. Føler jeg gjør noe feil, siden kroppen stadig vekk verker her og der og jeg ikke ser noe fremgang.. Er det for mye/lite trening? For slapp/hard trening? Eller for lite hvile? For lite variasjon? Hvor vil jeg egentlig med treningen?
Dette er tanker jeg sliter med i dag etter en dårlig treningsøkt. Planla intervaller: 8 x 2 min arbeid, 1 min pause. Dette gikk bra til jeg kom halvvegs, da orket jeg ikke mer og hadde vondt både her og der. Sånn vondt som man ikke skal ha. For jeg vet at det gjør vondt å presse seg, men den følelsen kjenner jeg godt igjen. Og i dag var det ikke sånn.
Gleder meg til å få mer kunnskap innen trening. Men til den tid får jeg prøve meg litt fram med den kunnskapen jeg har sammen med sunn fornuft! Skal lage nye planer og sette meg spesifikke mål fremmover – du får en oppdatering senere 🙂
Nå skal jeg nyte min fargerike lunsj – litt senere enn vanlig..
Det som først slår meg er at du trener absolutt FOR MYE! Du trener flere dager 2 ganger om dagen(i følge planen). Greit er det, men uten en eneste dag til restitusjon så blir dette trening mot sin hensikt. Hva trener du mot? Jeg ser ikke behovet for å trene styrke på morgenen, for så å gå på fotballtrening. Hvorfor? Hva er målet med dette? Slik må man tenke. Det er lett å bli for ivrig. Mange kjenner seg nok igjen i det! En slik treningsmengde krever MYE mat og hvile. Jeg har en-to fridager, spiser 3200 kcal om dagen og jeg er «aktiv» idrettsutdøver. Kvalitet over kvantitet! Lykke til 🙂 (At du har litt vondt kan jo kanskje komme av den skaden du pådro deg da??)
Hei. Jeg er nok litt «overivrig» som du sier ja, og sitter med treningsplanen forran meg i skrivende stund. Nå skal det systematiseres slik at jeg unngår disse «tilbakefallene» og kjedelige periodene med småskader og en sliten kropp.. Har akkurat satt meg et mål: Birkebeinerrennet 2011.
