Rema 1000 solgte kyllingkjøttdeig for 15 kr (pr. 300 g.) i går, og da var det bare å hamstre noen pakker. Kjetil disket da opp med kyllingkjøttboller til kvelds. Dette er perfekt mat til tapas, i salater, til nistepakker og som du kan lage mye av og fryse ned – de tiner fort om du ikke lager de for store.
Ingredienser:
– 600 g. kylling kjøttdeig
– 1 pk cottagecheese
– hvitløk, sjalottløk, persille, salt og pepper.
Fremgangsmåte:
Finhakk grønnsakene og bland de sammen med kjøttdeigen og cottage cheesen i en bolle. Form de til baller og stek de på middels varme i en stekepanne.
I går ble det altså kjøttboller, salat og litt brød til kvelds. Mmm.. 🙂
Gårsdagens kvelds ble også dagens lunsj:
Dagens niste til Kjetil. Han sykler til og fra jobb nå (noe som tar tilsammen 2,5 t.) så da er det viktig med mye og bra mat.
I den store boksen: Isberg, ruccola, paprika, agurk, kjøttboller, egg, sukkererter
I den lille boksen: Vanilje kesam, mango og valnøtter
Yoghurt, nektarin og gulrot.
