I dag ble det en skikkelig god og lettvindt middag. Kyllingfilet som lager seg selv i ovnen – bare tilsett gode smaker, her får du noen tips.
Ingredienser:
– Kylling filet
– En god blanding av: Soltørkede tomater, hvitløk, persille, salt, pepper og cashewnøtter.
– Brokkoli
– Røde linser (Les mer om røse linser her)
– Mager kesam
Slik gjør du..
Legg kyllingfileten i en ildfast form og ha over den gode blandingen av soltørkede tomater, hvitløk, persille, salt, pepper og cashewnøtter. Stekes i ovnen på 200° C i ca. 30 – 40 min. Tiden varierer fra ulike ovner, så her må du bare følge med. Gi røde linser et oppkok. Kok brokkoli i noen minutter – godt når det fortsatt er litt tyggemotstand. Server med mager kesam.
