Dette er deilige små kjeks/kaker som du lager på 1-2-3. Enda sunnere blir de om du lager marsipanen selv – og kutter ut (bytter ut) sukkeret. Dette er den enkle versjonen:
– Marsipan (viktig at det er minimun 50 % mandler – de andre variantene kan ikke stekes!)
– Sukrin og kanel
– Egg (kan sløyfes!)
Kjevl ut marsipanen og stikk ut søte hjerter med pepperkakeformer. Pensl med egg dersom du ønsker det, men det er ikke nødvendig. Strø over sukrin og kanel og stek i ovnene på 180 °C i ca. 4 – 7 min. Følg med hele tiden, for det går veldig fort!
Marsipanhjerter og noen stenger – her kan du slippe fantasien løs! 🙂

Tror det har med fettet å gjøre. De billige marsipanene som bare er laget av sukker og andre usunne ingredienser tror jeg ikke fungerer så godt å steke. Jeg husker ikke hvor jeg fant dette tipset, men det stod ihvertfall at man ikke kunne steke de som inneholdt under 50 % mandler. Beklager – men har ikke noe bedre svar. Du må nesten bare prøve – kommer nok til å prøve å lage dette med egenprodusert marsipan jeg også etter hvert, kommer tilbake med en oppdatering på hvordan det gikk da! 🙂
