Vanilje kesam inneholder 5 % sukker. Dette utgjør altså 5 g. sukker pr. 100 g. vanilje kesam. Et beger inneholder ca. 300 g. vanilje kesam, altså 15 g. sukker. Siden en sukkerbite veier ca. 2 g. vil dette tilsvare 7,5 sukkerbiter pr. beger. Jeg er (var) stor fan av vanilje kesam, helt til jeg begynte å regne på dette. Jeg synes 7,5 sukkerbiter er ganske mye – spesielt når man egentlig spiser dette i god tro om at dette er sunt. Jeg har spist vanilje kesam helt fram til i dag.. Nå er jeg på jakt etter en fullverdig erstatter for dette produktet, og da roper jeg på hjelp fra dere. Har dere et godt tips til en god erstatter for vanilje kesamen? Har prøvd yoghurt naturell, sukrinmelis og vaniljepulver men det funket ikke helt, ønsker meg noe bedre..
Hysterisk? I fare for å virke hysterisk ønsker jeg å påpeke at dette handler om å finne det perfekte kostholdet for meg. Jeg ønsker da å utelukke mest mulig sukker fra kostholdet. Sukkeret i vanilje kesam er en ting jeg har «ignorert» fordi dette produktet har vært viktig for meg. Nå ønsker jeg en erstatter for også dette – for å optimalisere kostholdet og helsen min.

Du kan jo prøve vanlig kesam blanda med vanilje eller vaniljeproteinpulver(«,) Det må jo funke… Blir jo samme gode tjukke konsistensen!

Har søkt litt rundt uten å egentlig finne noe bedre..
I noen tilfeller kan det kanskje være en mulighet å benytte q-meirier sin skyr med vanilje smak, men dette produktet har akkurat det samme problemet som tine mager Kesam, nemlig at det også har fjernet alt det sunne fettet!
La også merke til at Tines mager Kesam Vanilje har like mye sukker..
Skyr vanilje er også tilsatt 5 g. sukker pr. 100 g. Og i tillegg inneholder den mindre fett. Les mitt tidliger innlegg om denne her. Så da vil jeg påstå at den helfete varianten av vanilje kesam er bedre.
