Etter en titt i kjøleskapet fant jeg ut at noe måtte gjøres med diverse rester fra helgen. En pakke kjøttdeig, noe ferdigstekt løk og sopp, samt litt bacon ble til en god blanding som kan stå flere dager i kjøleskapet. Enkelt å ha i omelett, til pannekaker, salater eller bare med ost og rømme som det ble til kvelds i dag.
