Har laget en magrere variant tidligere. Men denne her var nok litt bedre 😉
Oppskrift:
- En blanding av egg, rømme, fløte, salt og pepper.
- Fyll etter ønske. Her brukte jeg stekt kjøttdeig, persille og løk.
- Masse revet ost på toppen.
Fremmgangsmåte:
Stek fyllet og ha det i en ildfast muffinsform. Hell over eggeblandingen og ha over osten. Stekes midt i ovnene på 200°C i ca 15 min.
Disse er ypperlige til både frokost, i matpakken eller til kvelds. De kan fint fryses. Har ikke regnet ut næringsinnholdet, men de inneholder mye fett og proteiner. Svært lite karbohydrater!
Dagens lunsj:
Salat av: Spinat, avokado, paprika, rødløk, pinjekjerner og revet Jalsberg ost. En muffins av egg og en god klatt med rømme. Mmmm.. 😀

Hei Vilmøy! Jeg husker faktisk ikke hvor mye av hver ingrediens jeg brukte, men ca: 6 egg, 1 ss rømme, en «dæsj» fløte, litt salt og pepper. Dersom dette er for lite så tar du bare et egg til, litt fløte og rømme og heller over de siste muffinsene. Prøv deg frem – det blir ikke feil:-)
