Ble inspirert til å lage scones da jeg så på God Morgen Norge for noen dager siden. Innslaget kan du se her. Jeg testet ut oppskriften, men ble ikke helt fornøyd med resultatet, så jeg miksa min egen «super scones», og de smakte nydelig godt:)
Slik ble resultatet:
Oppskriften er nok ikke helt ferdig «utviklet», men om du har lyst å prøve den, og kanskje gi meg en tilbakemelding om resultatet er det kjempe hyggelig.
Oppskriften:
2 dl. lettkokt havregryn
3 dl. sammalt spelt
1 dl. kokosmel
1 dl. siktet spelt
30 g. knuste solsikkekjerner
70 g. hakkede nøtter (hasselnøtter, valnøtter, mandler, bruk det du har/ ønsker)
3 ss. hampfrø (dette må kjøpes i helsekost, men er en meget god investering!)
1 ts. salt
2 ts. bakepulver
1/2 avokado
1 dl. mager kesam
2 dl. eplejuice.
Bland sammen det tørre i en bolle. Miks så avokado, kesam og eplejuice i en blender eller med en stavmikser og rør det sammen.
Deigen skal være litt klissete, men ok å jobbe med. Lag 6-8 boller og sett de på et bakepapir. Stekes midt i ovnen på varmluft 170 grader i ca 30 – 45 min. Her må du følge med, siden det varierer fra ovn til ovn.
