Har vært ute i vinterkulden å gått en lang tur med mamma. Nå er det smoothie, gulrot, appelsin, varm te og en god bok i sofakroken som gjelder. Må understreke at jeg ikke går på lavkarbo diett, selv om boken handler om nettopp dette, men utforsker temaet, mye spennende!! 🙂
