Denne retten har jeg lært av mamma, og kjetil av sin pappa, så dette er en miks av god oppvekst + noen impulser fra meg selvsagt. Dette var min første hvite saus uten pose, og det var jo enklere og mye mye bedre!! Toro har nok en gang tapt ovenfor mine kokekunster.
Oppskrift..
- Masse grønnsaker: F.eks. Gulrot, kålrot, blomkål og brokkoli
- Poteter, løk og litt ost
- Picnik skinke og hvitsaus
Fremgangsmåte:
Start med potetene, siden de trenger lengst tid. Vask og del de i båter. Krydre de med salt og pepper og skjær tynne ringer av løk. Ha i litt olivenolje og stek de i en ildfast form i ca 40 min på 200° C. Stø over ost de siste 20 min. Del grønnsakene i passe biter og kok de i vann til de er møre. Lag hvit saus av smeltet smør, lettmelk og en jevning av melk og maizenamel. La det koke opp og tilsett terninger av skinke. Smak til med salt, pepper og urter om du ønsker.
Minne meg litt om en rett som vi bruka å ha om sommaren; bogskinke, bearnaisesaus, masse god og frisk salat, og litt brød til 🙂 Supergodt det og!
