Etter at blenderen har fått hvile seg i lang tid, var det nå duket for et nyt smoothie forsøk. Denne gangen ble det en fullverdig og velsmakende lunsj.
Smoothie med tykk – kremet konsistens:
– Masse frosne blåbær
– 2 store ss. vanilje kesam (måtte bruke opp rester i kjøleskapet. Se innlegget mitt om alt sukkeret i vanilje kesam her.)
– 1/2 banan
– 1/3 avokado
– En god neve hasselnøtter
– Litt melk for å justere konsistensen
Kjør alt på full guffe i en blender eller lignende. Juster konsistensen med litt melk etter ønske. Deilig nøtt- og blåbær smak! Nyt 🙂
Næringsinnhold (dette er ca-verdier, siden jeg ikke tok nøyaktige mål):
– Energi: 430 kcal.
– Karbohydrat: 24,7 g. (24 %)
– Protein: 10 g. (9 %)
– Fett: 32 g. (67 %)
Vurdering: Siden vi nå etterstreber en kost med energifordeling på 20-20-60 bli dette litt for mye karbohydrat. Denne kan derimot være svært nyttig i forbindelse med trening. I dag blir det imidlertid «bare» styrketrening, så da kunne denne inneholdt litt mindre karbohydrater. Justeringer kommer til neste forsøk 🙂
