Hei! Jeg har blitt kjempeinspirert av deg og paleo challengen din, så jeg starta lørdag, er nå på dag 3. Lagde paleoegg med kjøttdeig i går. Lurer på hvor lenge de holder i kjøleskapet? (De er veldig bløtkokte). Funker det å fryse de ned tror du?
Er skikkelig motivert til å klare 30 dager. Da skal jeg kjøpe meg ny mobil som belønning. (Det er på tide, da min er 6 år gammel!) Jeg har spist lavkarbo i over ett år, så hovedforskjellen for meg er nå å kutte meieriprodukter.
Så utrolig hyggelig å høre!!!:) Jeg er ikke sikker på hvor lenge de holder seg i kjøleskapet, de blir som regel borte før jeg rekker å tenke over det (altså dagen etter). Men vil tro de er gode 2-3 dager etter du lager de. Har ikke prøvd å fryse de ned.. Så flott med en belønning om du klarer det – og det tror jeg du gjør. Masse god paleo mat:):)
