Per person ble dette:
- 250 g. laks steikt med litt olivenolje
- 210 g. gulrot og agurk staver
- 100 g. mango
- 175 g. guacamole (avokado)
Nydelig, fargerikt, smakfult, mettende, sunt – Perfekt middag 🙂
