Vi har selvsagt testet den allerede, med gode resultater 🙂 Håper den lever opp til forventningen i fremtiden også. 
Her lager vi fersk juice av annanas og mango. Litt nybegynner uhell endte det med alt frukt kjøttet i juicen – så det ble en tykk juice variant, men smaken var utmerket 🙂 Vi prøver igjen!! I dag ble frokosten min til i en slik praktisk kopp:
FrokostSmoothie av:
- 75 g. blåbær
- 2 ss vanilje kesam
- 1/2 banan
- 1 ss UDO'S choice olje
- 1 nektarin
- 1 ss havregryn
- 0,5 dl appelsinjuice
Jeg bruker ikke måle opp hva jeg putter i smoothiene mine, men i dag tenkte jeg å sjekke ut hvor mye næring det egentlig var i frokosten min, så da ble det målt opp nøyaktig.
Næringsinnhold:
- Energi: 352 kcal.
- Karbohydrat: 41,2 g. (46 %)
- Protein: 9,7 g. (10 %)
- Fett: 16,5 g. (42 %)
Dette er ok for en frokost. Jeg bruker alltid å spise en neve med mandler i tillegg til smoothie, for å ha noe å tygge på og bedre metthetsfølelse. Da blir næringsinnholdet enda høyere og kanskje i høyeste laget for en frokost å være. Kunne godt vært noe mer proteiner på bekostning av karbohydrater. Her skal jeg prøve meg frem for å finne en enda bedre sammensetning.

Eg bruka 2 eller 3 rå egg i min smoothie, da får du en god proteinkilde som mettar lenge:)
