Ingredienser:
- 8 egg
- 100 g. cottage cheese
- 100 g. creme fraiche
- 1 dl fløte (jeg brukte litt mer creme fraich + skummet melk – hadde ikke fløte)
- 0,5 dl vann
- 300 g. finmalte solsikkekjerner
- 2 ss. fiberhusk
- 3 ts. bakepulver
Fremgangsmåte: Kvernet solsikkekjernene i min «magic bullet» (stavmikser og blender funker sikkert også!) Bland alle ingrediensene i en bolle og smør røren utover en papirkledd liten langpanne. Stekes på 180 grader i 25 – 30 min. Del de i passe store ruter når de har hvilt en liten stund. (Jeg fikk 15 passe store ruter)
Næringsinnhold pr stk (oppskriften er delt i 15 ruter):
– Energi: 178 kcal.
– Karbohydrat: 3,3 g.
– Protein: 9 g.
– Fett: 14,5 g.
Vurdering: Næringsinnholdet er veldig bra. Masse proteiner og sunt fett! Smaken var litt vanskelig å like i starten, men det skal jobbes med sammen med godt pålegg 🙂 Lett å lage, tar kort tid og er sunt! Dette skal jeg absolutt prøve igjen – kanskje med noen endringer slik at de er enda bedre for mine smaksløker.
