Ingredienser i min biffsnadder:

"Pommes frites": Skrell og del søtpotetene i strimler. Stek de i pannen med ønsket krydder. Kjenn med en gaffel om de er ferdige.
Biffgryten: Stek biffstrimlene litt og legg de til sides. Stek så alle grønnsakene til de er gyldne, tilsett krydder og urter og rør inn kjøttet. For litt mer smak og saftighet tilsatte jeg 1 ss seterrømme, kryddersmør og fløte. Dette fik koke et par minutter.
