Laget lignende pizzadeig en gang tidligere, men i dag ble det bare sunne ingredienser og smaken ble enda bedre!
Pizzabunn:
- 4 egg
- 2 ss olje
- 2 ss fløte
- 1 ts bakepulver
- 2 ts Jbkm
- 4 ss. mandelmel
- 50 g. revet hvitost.
Bland alle ingrediensene sammen og hell det ut over en stekeplate med bakepapir. Stekes på 200°C i ca 10 – 15 min. Ta ut pizzabunnen og ha over ønsket fyll. Etterstekes i 10-15min.
Tomatsaus (denne porsjonen holder til to pizzaer):
- En boks hermetisk hakkede tomater
- En liten boks tomatpure
- Litt oliven olje
- En kinesisk hvitløk
- En god bundt hakket persille
- Salt, pepper og paprika krydder
La dette småkoke mens du gjør resten av forberedelsene til pizzaen. Til lengre den koker – til bedre blir den 😉 Jeg hadde også litt rømme over tomatsausen når den var kommet på pizzaen (se bilde).
Nydelig fyll (dette er også en stor porsjon – men vi liker MYE fyll på pizzaen):
- En kjøttdeigsnabb
- En pakke smårettbacon fra gilde
- Sopp
- 1/2 løk
- Mye ost
Stek kjøttdeig, bacon, sopp og løk på en stekepanne før du legger det på pizzaen.
Serveres med rømme og ruccola, NAM! 🙂

Hadde jeg vist at Even ikke stilte opp med pizza til deg etter jobb, skulle jeg sendt en melding. Dere kan jo komme å smake på sjokoladen jeg nå skal i gang med 🙂 Vi er hjemme i hele kveld (tror jeg – send en melding først, hehe!)
Vi var i bursdagsselskap hele ettermiddagen i går, så vi fikk både mat og kaker…hadde ingen fare sånn sett.;o) Derfor hørte du ikke mer fra meg i går, ellers er det godt mulig vi hadde kommet innom for sjokoladesmaking!!;o)
I dag er Even ute på tur, skulle til Valdres for å se på noen snøskutere. Deeet orka ikke jeg, så jeg benytter dagen til baking i stedet. Etter jeg er ferdig med det skal merra trimmes!! Litt for lenge siden sist.
Planer for kvelden da? Jeg er usikker på når Even er hjemme igjen, det kan bli både tidlig og seint…men om han er hjemme i rimelig tid kunne vi kanskje funnet på noe?:o)

Så godt ut! Hvordan ble bunnen? Ble den sprø? Ser mange benytter mandelmel i pizzabunnen, men blir det ikke litt mandel/marsipan-smak?
Bunnen blir ganske tynn. Litt sprø i kantene, men ikke så veldig sprø under nei.. Jeg synes ikke bunnen smaker så mye, men sammen med fyllet blir det en nydelig kombinasjon! Har vært litt «skeptisk» til mandelmel tidligere – fordi jeg ikke har likt konsistens og smak, men dette var mye mye bedre – veldig godt faktisk 🙂 Prøv!
