En krukke med godterikuler tror jeg faller i smak hos de aller fleste. Jeg har fryst ned to krukker som er klar for et nytt julehjem. Farlig å ha de stående i kjøleskapet, så det er like greit å få de i fryseren før det ikke er mer igjen.. Oppskriften har jeg lagt ut tidligere, men kommer igjen under bildet.
Godterikuler:
70 g. Dadler
55 g. Aprikoser
1 ss. Kokosolje
40 g. Mandler
40 g. Hasselnøtter
2 ss. Kokos
2 store ss. Kakao
2 ts. vaniljesukker (evt. vaniljepulver og annen søtning)
Litt salt
Pynt: kakaopulver, smeltet sjokolade (70 % kakao), kokos og/eller pistasjnøtter. Her er det bare opp til fantasi og smaksløker!!
Slik gjør du..
Mal mandlene og hasselnøttene. Kjør dadler, aprikos og kokosolje på full guffe i en kjøkkenmaskin eller lignende. Bland de tørre ingrediensene i en bolle og tilsett malte nøtter og den seige massen fra dadlene. Bland alt til du har en klissete klump. Trill kuler og sett de i kjøleskapet for avkjøling. Smelt sjokoladen i vannbad eller i mikrobølgeovnen. Dypp kulene i sjokoladen og sett de igjen til avkjøling i kjøleskapet.

Litt usikker på dette Ida. Mulig delfiafett blir den beste tilnærmingen – men jeg er litt usikker på hva dette er (altså hvor sunt det er) så vil ikke si noe med sikkerhet.. Prøv deg frem:-)
Såvidt jeg har klart å finne ut er delfiafett kokosfett som er herdet ved hjelp av hydrogenisering.

Fant også litt info om cocosa her På denne siden advares det mot delfia fett. Uten å gå i detaljer er jeg ikke helt sikker på hva som er best av delfiafett og cocosa pure, synes ikke argumentasjonen deres er fullstendig. Jeg er og litt naturlig skeptisk til info fra en leverandør. Men uansett heller jeg mot at cocosa real mest trolig er bedre…
For min egen del benytter jeg cocosa real til stekeolje. Jeg tror også at coocsa real med fordel kan erstatte delfiafett i stort sett alle bake oppskrifter. Cocosa pure er selvfølgelig mye bedre men vil etterlate litt kokossmak, og passer derfor ikke i alle sammenhenger.

Cocosa real koster her. 119 kr for 500ml. Tipper dette er omtrent 5 ganger så dyrt som delfia fett…
