Jeg er veldig glad i fisk – og spesielt laks. Også er det jo utrolig sunt!!! Denne uken har det blitt mange retter av fisk, noen ganger to om dagen.. Men hva gjør vel det? Fisk er godt!!
Kveldsmat på søndag, lunsj på mandag: Kokt torsk med stekt bacon og løk. (Til lunsj ble det grønsaker til.
Middag middag og lunsj tirsdag: Ovnsbakt laks, rømme, sure agurker (agurk med eddik) og salat
Middag onsdag: Fiskekaker, salat med fetaost, rømme og ketchup.
Og i morgen venter en lang kjøretur på meg, i matpakken finner man blant annet tunfisksalat og fiskekaker.
I det siste har det blitt mykje fisk på oss òg, i dag hadde vi nydelig fiskegryte med karri – den kunne eg ha ete kvar dag! 😀 Nam!
Fisk er undervurdert tror jeg:) Blir overrasket hver dag over hvor godt det er!! Hørtes godt ut med fiskegryte – skal jeg lage en dag – deilig nå i de kalde høstdagene:)
